There's nothing wrong with a postpartum body. That's the powerful message Tia Mowry wants her fellow new moms to know in the wake of the birth of her daughter.

The 39-year-old actress took to Instagram Saturday to proudly share a photo of her own body and celebrate the incredible changes it's undergone as of late.

"This is MY #postpartum," Mowry wrote. "Two weeks in. Do I still have a belly yes. I actually look like I’m 4 months pregnant and that is OKAY.

"I wanted to shine a light on how our society creates false expectations after a woman gives birth," she continued. "Ladies, it’s okay that our bodies are not PERFECT after our babies are born."

Mowry encouraged all new moms to "Give your self [sic] time. Go at your own pace. Don’t allow people to put a time limit on YOUR body. You’ve just accomplished a miracle! #Love yourself, love your new body, embrace it.

"[If] you want to make changes than [sic] that’s your desire and no one else’s," she concluded, adding: "Ps, #moms freaking rock!"

Mowry's message of realness and support has resonated with a lot of people:

Mowry and her husband Cory Hardrict welcomed their baby girl — their second child together — on May 5. According to a photo the former posted on Instagram the day after the little one arrived, she weighed in at 6 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 19.8 inches long when she was born:

Mowry hasn't landed on a name for her daughter yet, but it will definitely be something "unique," she and her husband told People in March.

"We like unisex names," Mowry told the magazine. Added Hardrict: “Names that show some strength and some power behind it. It has a great meaning. So that’s what we’re looking for.”

The couple went on to reveal that the baby's initials will be C. T. H., and that Mowry will eventually announce her daughter's name on her YouTube channel, "Quick Fix." The suspense is killing us!

TOM BOMBADIL

I had a rough childhood. I watched my parents murdered right before my eyes. Shot point-blank by some two-bit thug.

So I ran away from Gotham and wandered the earth, until eventually Liam Neeson found me in an obscure Asian jail. He gave me a home, taught me to fight, and showed me the true meaning of justice meant wearing black rubber latex and speaking really deeply.

Then I killed him with a flying commuter train.
